「顔るーれっと」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 写真・画像の取り扱い

  • 利用者が本アプリに追加した写真・画像は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、運営者や第三者のサーバーへ送信・アップロードされることは一切ありません。
  • 合成して作成した画像も、利用者自身の操作（端末への保存、他アプリへの共有）による場合を除き、外部に送信されません。
  • 本アプリの削除、または端末のアプリデータ消去により、保存された画像は削除されます。

2. 広告について（Google AdMob）

  • 本アプリは広告配信に Google AdMob を利用します。
  • AdMob は、広告配信・不正防止・効果測定等のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID / IDFA）やデバイス情報等を取得・利用する場合があります。
  • 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国等の利用者に対しては、広告の表示に先立ち、Google の提供する同意画面を表示します。利用者は、パーソナライズ広告に同意するかどうかを選択できます。同意されない場合も、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
  • iOS 版では、端末の「トラッキングの許可」設定に従います。

  • 本アプリでは、利用者が自ら選択した場合にのみ再生される動画広告（リワード広告）を提供しています。視聴を完了すると、一定時間だけ機能が利用できるようになります。視聴しなかった場合に不利益が生じることはありません。
  • 有料の「お楽しみパック」を購入された場合、広告は表示されません。

3. 課金について

  • 有料の「お楽しみパック」（広告の非表示、およびお楽しみモードの解放）の購入は、各アプリストア（Google Play / App Store）を通じて行われます。
  • クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は各ストア運営者が管理し、運営者が取得・保持することはありません。
  • 購入状態の管理には RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。同社は購入の検証のため、匿名の利用者識別子や購入履歴、端末情報等を取り扱います。

4. 運営者が収集する個人情報

  • 運営者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を直接収集しません。
  • 本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。

5. 第三者への提供

  • 上記の AdMob（Google）および RevenueCat による情報取得を除き、運営者が利用者情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

6. 本ポリシーの改定

  • 本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページにてお知らせします。

This policy explains how user information is handled in “Face Shuffle” (the “App”).

1. Photos and Images

  • The photos and images you add to the App are stored only on your device, and are never sent or uploaded to the operator’s or any third party’s servers.
  • Composited images you create are not sent externally either, except through your own actions (saving to your device or sharing to another app).
  • Deleting the App or clearing its app data will delete the saved images.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

  • The App uses Google AdMob to display ads.
  • AdMob may obtain and use an advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) and device information for purposes such as ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
  • For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and similar regions, a consent screen provided by Google is shown before ads are displayed. You can choose whether to consent to personalized ads. If you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown instead.
  • On iOS, the App follows your device’s “Allow Tracking” setting.

  • The App offers video ads (rewarded ads) that play only when you choose to watch one. Watching an ad to the end unlocks a feature for a limited time. Nothing is taken away from you if you choose not to watch.
  • If you purchase the paid “Fun Pack,” ads are no longer shown.

3. In-App Purchases

  • The paid “Fun Pack” (which removes ads and unlocks the bonus modes) is purchased through the respective app store (Google Play / App Store).
  • Payment information such as credit card numbers is managed by each store operator; the operator does not obtain or retain it.
  • We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase status. To verify purchases, they handle data such as an anonymous user identifier, purchase history, and device information.

4. Personal Information Collected by the Operator

  • The operator does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address through the App.
  • No account registration is required to use the App.

5. Provision to Third Parties

  • Except for the information obtained by AdMob (Google) and RevenueCat described above, the operator does not provide user information to third parties.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • This policy may be revised as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you in the App or on this page.
