本免責事項は、まったり工房が提供するウェブサイト「まったり工房」および、当方が公開するアプリ（以下あわせて「当サービス」）に適用されます。

■ 掲載情報について

当サービスで提供する情報の正確性・有用性・安全性については、可能な限り努めておりますが、その内容を保証するものではありません。内容は予告なく変更・削除される場合があります。

■ 利用にあたって

当サービスのご利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。あらかじめご了承のうえご利用ください。

■ データの保存について

アプリに登録された内容は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除、端末のデータ消去、端末の故障・紛失などにより、保存された内容が失われる場合があります。当方はこれらのデータを保持しておらず、復元することはできません。バックアップ機能のあるアプリでは、大切なデータをその機能で書き出し、お客様ご自身で保管してください。

■ サービスの提供終了について

当サービスは、予告なく内容の変更または提供の終了を行う場合があります。アプリの新規配信を終了した場合でも、すでにインストールされたアプリを当方が削除することはありません。アプリ内で有料の機能をご購入いただいた場合、その機能は購入時のアカウントで引き続きご利用いただけます。ただし、配信終了後は、不具合の修正や動作環境の変化への対応を行わない場合があります。

■ 表示される数値について

アプリによっては、歩数・消費カロリー・学習の記録などを表示することがあります。これらは端末のセンサーや一般的な計算式に基づく目安であり、正確な計測値や医学的・専門的な根拠に基づく指標ではありません。健康や学習に関する判断は、必要に応じて専門家にご相談ください。

■ 書誌情報について

一部のアプリでは、書名・巻数・発売日・価格などの情報を、外部のサービスから取得して表示することがあります。これらの情報は提供元の都合により、実際の内容と異なる場合や、予告なく変更される場合があります。表示された発売日等に基づくご判断について、当方は責任を負いかねます。

■ 外部リンクについて

当サービスからリンク等により移動した外部サイトで提供される情報・サービス・商品等については、一切の責任を負いません。各サイトの利用規約・ポリシーをご確認ください。

■ 広告・アフィリエイトについて

アプリでは Google AdMob による広告を配信しています。広告の内容および広告主のサービスについて、当方は責任を負いません。広告における情報の取り扱いは、各アプリのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
また、一部のアプリでは Amazonアソシエイト・プログラム、楽天アフィリエイト等のアフィリエイトプログラムを利用しており、掲載するリンクを経由して商品が購入された場合、当方が紹介料を受け取ることがあります。商品の販売および取引は各販売サイトとお客様の間で行われ、当方は当事者ではありません。商品の内容・価格・在庫・配送・返品等に関する責任は各販売サイトに帰属します。

Content you save in our apps is stored only on your device. It may be lost if you delete the app, clear the app’s data, or if your device is damaged or lost. We do not hold this data and cannot restore it. For apps that offer a backup feature, please use it to export anything important and keep a copy yourself.

■ About discontinuation
We may change the Services, or stop providing them, without notice. If we stop distributing an app, we will not remove it from devices where it is already installed. If you have bought a paid feature inside an app, that feature stays available on the account used for the purchase. After distribution ends, however, we may no longer fix problems or keep the app working as its operating environment changes.
