「コミックマーカー」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 本棚のデータの取り扱い

  • 利用者が本アプリに登録した本棚の内容（作品、持っている巻・読み終わった巻、しおり、読んだページ数、フリガナ、お気に入り）は、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、運営者や第三者のサーバーへ送信・アップロードされることは一切ありません。
  • 「バックアップの出力」を行った場合、出力されたファイルの保存先や共有先は、利用者自身が選択します。運営者がこのファイルを受け取ることはありません。
  • 本アプリの削除、または端末のアプリデータ消去により、保存されたデータは削除されます。大切なデータは、事前にバックアップの出力をおすすめします。

2. 作品情報とお知らせの取得について

  • 本アプリは、作品を検索・登録できるようにするため、運営者の管理する配信先から作品の一覧（作品名・著者名・巻数など）を取得し、端末内に控えとして保存します。
  • 運営者からのお知らせを表示するため、起動時に運営者の管理するファイルを取得することがあります。
  • これらの通信で、利用者が登録した本棚の内容が送信されることはありません。 利用者が何の作品を登録したかを運営者が知ることはできません。

3. 広告について（Google AdMob）

  • 本アプリは広告配信に Google AdMob を利用します。
  • AdMob は、広告配信・不正防止・効果測定等のため、広告識別子（Advertising ID / IDFA）やデバイス情報等を取得・利用する場合があります。
  • 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国等の利用者に対しては、広告の表示に先立ち、Google の提供する同意画面を表示します。利用者は、パーソナライズ広告に同意するかどうかを選択できます。同意されない場合も、パーソナライズされていない広告が表示されます。
  • iOS 版では、端末の「トラッキングの許可」設定に従います。

  • 有料の「広告の非表示」を購入された場合、広告は表示されません。

4. 外部サイトへのリンクとアフィリエイトについて

  • 本アプリには、書籍を購入できる外部の販売サイトへのリンクがあります。リンクは端末のブラウザで開きます。
  • 本アプリはアフィリエイトプログラムを利用しています。 利用者がリンクを経由して商品を購入された場合、運営者が販売サイトから紹介料を受け取ることがあります。利用者の負担が増えることはありません。
  • リンク先のサイトにおける利用者情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのプライバシーポリシーに従います。運営者はリンク先の内容について責任を負いません。

5. 課金について

  • 有料の「広告の非表示」の購入は、各アプリストア（Google Play / App Store）を通じて行われます。
  • クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は各ストア運営者が管理し、運営者が取得・保持することはありません。
  • 購入状態の管理には RevenueCat, Inc. のサービスを利用します。同社は購入の検証のため、匿名の利用者識別子や購入履歴、端末情報等を取り扱います。

6. 運営者が収集する個人情報

  • 運営者は、本アプリを通じて利用者の氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を直接収集しません。
  • 本アプリの利用にアカウント登録は不要です。

7. 第三者への提供

  • 上記の AdMob（Google）および RevenueCat による情報取得を除き、運営者が利用者情報を第三者へ提供することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの改定

  • 本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページにてお知らせします。

This policy explains how user information is handled in “Comic Marker” (the “App”).

1. Your Bookshelf Data

  • The contents of the bookshelf you build in the App (titles, which volumes you own and have finished, bookmarks, page numbers, readings, and favorites) are stored only on your device, and are never sent or uploaded to the operator’s or any third party’s servers.
  • If you use “Export backup,” you choose where the exported file is saved or shared. The operator does not receive this file.
  • Deleting the App or clearing its app data will delete the saved data. We recommend exporting a backup beforehand for any data you want to keep.

2. Fetching Title Information and Announcements

  • So that you can search for and add titles, the App downloads a list of works (title, author, number of volumes, and similar details) from a source managed by the operator and keeps a copy on your device. Bibliographic data is provided by Rakuten Books.
  • To display announcements from the operator, the App may fetch a file managed by the operator at startup.
  • No part of your bookshelf is sent during this communication. The operator cannot tell which titles you have added.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

  • The App uses Google AdMob to display ads.
  • AdMob may obtain and use an advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) and device information for purposes such as ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
  • For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and similar regions, a consent screen provided by Google is shown before ads are displayed. You can choose whether to consent to personalized ads. If you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown instead.
  • On iOS, the App follows your device’s “Allow Tracking” setting.

  • If you purchase “Remove ads,” no ads are shown.

4. External Links and Affiliate Programs

  • The App contains links to external stores where books can be purchased. Links open in your device’s browser.
  • The App participates in affiliate programs. If you purchase an item after following one of these links, the operator may receive a referral fee from the store. This does not increase what you pay.
  • Information handling on linked sites is governed by each site’s own privacy policy. The operator is not responsible for the content of linked sites.

5. Purchases

  • “Remove ads” is purchased through the respective app store (Google Play / App Store).
  • Payment details such as credit card numbers are handled by the store operators; the operator does not obtain or retain them.
  • We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase status. To verify purchases, they handle data such as an anonymous user identifier, purchase history, and device information.

6. Personal Information Collected by the Operator

  • The operator does not directly collect personal information such as your name or email address through the App.
  • No account registration is required to use the App.

7. Provision to Third Parties

  • Except for the information obtained by AdMob (Google) and RevenueCat described above, the operator does not provide user information to third parties.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • This policy may be revised as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify you in the App or on this page.
